FogBugz API Error 10 on refresh

description

Any refresh generates a FogBugz API Error:

FogBugz API Error Code 10

The date query '15.05.2008-22.05.2008' could not be recognized.

Maybe this is a localization issue? (WorkingOn is running on a German system)

Yes, it is... and I thought I had fixed that! Sorry! Putting this on the next release.

Any suggestions for a workaround?
I get no cases, projects or anything in my menus, just this error.
The date is in the form "16/07/2009-23/07/2009" -- I'm on an english system connection to fugbugz ondemand.
Seemingly without a fix for this, this potentially useful utility is useless for us!

Any ideas? I also have problem logging with UK date format dd/mm/yyyy

Hi, Also having this problem which renders it useless for us.
I notice this is still waiting for a fix in 1.4 to be released - are there still plans to do this, or should we abandon this software and look at alternatives?
